Audubon Companies Expands Market Footprint with Alliance Engineering Acquisition
Strategic move accelerates diversification into industrial, manufacturing, and high-growth engineering markets

Audubon Companies, LLC (Audubon), a subsidiary of Nobel Energy, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Alliance Engineering, a full-service engineering and construction management firm headquartered in Mobile, Alabama, with regional offices across the Southeast United States.

The acquisition strengthens Audubon's presence beyond its traditional energy-focused work, adding established capabilities and client relationships in manufacturing, food and beverage, pulp and paper, specialty chemicals, and other industrial sectors. Alliance Engineering's multi-discipline engineering expertise and strong regional footprint complement Audubon's integrated project delivery model and support continued growth across a broader range of end markets.
